Why doesn't IDEA on OS X import Spring AMQP?

The problem is the following: I cloned a maven project from my git repository. On other machines, everything is imported and built normally, but on OS X, when importing, it does not see packages from spring-rabbit, spring-amqp, spring-messaging. Although they are present in the list of downloaded packages.
