How to remove the endless loop of folders?

Worked in Intellij, it couldn't find the path to style.css via href

. Tried writing href=".../.../css/style.css", couldn't find it.
Intellij offered to create a css directory, so I agreed, I didn't remove those dots.
As a result, I ended up in one of the most idiotic situations. I have an endless loop of folders called "...", there is no way to delete it. Memory does not take from the disk at all. Intellij throws an error when deleting, moreover, only the path to the file is described in the errors, nothing else.

It looks like this. You can go into the folder for at least 100 years, you will never reach the end.


When I try to click on the file path line, the dots disappear.


There is nothing to delete, the total commander returns to the beginning of the folder of the project
itself.
