Why does FK IDEA slow down when dropping?

Who understands the IDEA development environment, in the morning I encounter incomprehensible problems
when trying to "Drop Associated Primary Key"! The development environment just slows down and tries to update the database, but nothing happens!
Who faced similar?

If I understood you correctly, then most likely your database is used by another program. Stop all connections to base except in IDEA. And try to drop the primary key.
