How to add custom toolbar button in Idea/PhpStorm?

Hello!
I want to add my own button to the toolbar in PhpStorm, which, when pressed, stupidly launches the sh script. It would be cool if it was still disabled while the script is running. Even cooler - if it threw out a message in the IDE when it crashed - but this is not important in principle.
Maybe someone knows if this can be done with native IDE tools? Or is there a plugin?
