Intellij IDEA writes an error - application server librariars not found. How to fix?

I go to
Run -> Edit Configurations -> + -> Tomcat Server -> Local -> Configure I
specify the path to the tomcat folder and give an error, why?

The screenshot clearly shows that the specified tomkat folder is not correct, which is reported to you not a valid Tomcat home
, and inside the specified folder there should be another one with the name conf, which is not there and you are told about this in an error

I decided everything, when archiving files there were two folders there, that's why it didn't work)
