Why doesn't he want to save all the videos, but only 90%?

I'm trying to save a video, an hour and a half at 6.7GB, but not all of it is saved, and at the end of 10-20% of the video there is emptiness, which is immediately reset to scroll to the beginning.
With simpler settings, where it weighs 3.5GB, it saves normally, but the quality is chewed.
Why can't it save normally on 7GB video and leave empty chunks at the end?
