Why doesn't Cloudflare's DNS work for my router?

The computer is connected to the router via a cable. In the router settings, I added DNS from cloudflare:

But I don't get verified by the link https://www.cloudflare.com/ssl/encrypted-sni/ :

If I add DNS in the Windows network settings (in network connections), then I pass the test:

Explain why the settings in the router are not enough? I suspect that I'm missing something serious in the operation of routers.

He works. It's just that your router does not support Secure DNS, so there are regular requests to Cloudflare DNS.
