How to set up a corporate proxy for browsers other than IE?

The hostel has WiFi, which distributes the Internet, after connecting to which you need to configure a proxy server in the Windows control panel, specifying the server and port. However, only IE works this way. In other browsers, it displays a message like this:

And what prevents you from setting it up directly in the browser? in FF this is done in "settings - advanced - network", there you fill in the proxy data and work. Opera generally picks up the settings from Windows.
