Why is Facebook loading partially?

When I try to go to Facebook, I see this picture.

This is not a long process of loading the page, but already fully loaded. If you try to go to other sections of the site - the same thing. All other sites don't have this problem. I thought it was in the browser, but this happens to me in both Chrome and Edge. Cleaned with CClenar - did not help. How can I fix this?
