Why doesn't Arduino IDE see ports in Ubuntu 16.04?
I have already reviewed the whole Google, I saw that many people have such a problem, but I did not find a solution.
The bottom line is that at first I downloaded the sketches several times, then disappeared, decided to reinstall the environment and now does not see the ports
at all, what could be the problem, tell me please?

If these are serial ports, then there are simply no rights. You need to either include the user in the modem group (if I'm not mistaken), or give direct permissions to the com ports. Try running ide with sudo to test my guess.
