Why is USB-flash not visible in VirtualBox under Ubuntu?

Installed the extension pack plugin on ubuntu - host, and the guest OS plugin in windows - running in VirtualBox
Tried to add it manually through the settings menu in the USB item, however, the USB flash drive was not detected, like an external hard drive. Tried and USB 1.0, 2.0, 3.0

And also if you installed from the application center, then in the OSE application center - open source edition, it does not support USB

There were a lot of commands that were long. Found one: sudo adduser USERNAME vboxusers
