Installed on VirtualBox Debian + Lamp. Can you tell me if it is possible to make access to the main www directory so that you can already add files for developing sites from Windows?

Historically, this has been done over ftps via FileZilla . On a desktop with Windows, in a virtual machine, it’s possible in a different way, but as I understand it, you are learning, and it’s better when the simulator is close to reality.
