Why doesn't 3D animation look like 2D?

Why is 3D animation stylized as 2D immediately different from 2D?
This is noticeable in such "anime" cartoons as (attack on titan, naruto, berserk)
Is there a way to make animation in 3d programs so that it looks just like natural 2d? like cartoons: "spirited away, moving castle, the simpsons, spongebob, naruto" ...

creating a 2d drawing is very expensive because every frame is drawn, and artists require salaries.
creating 3d animation is cheaper because you can animate a well-drawn model thousands of times once, in simple scenes you can animate motion capturing in general, in complex ones by skeletonizing, etc., you can draw something little by little.
it is much faster and cheaper because you need to hire a lot less people.the abundance of thousands of 3d cartoons and even animated series is proof of this,
but unfortunately it immediately hits the eye and does not look like 2d in any way)) "berserk, overlord"

Doesn't look like 3d in 2d, due to the depth of the picture and the realism of the shadows, which for the most part are completely absent in 2d. Get rid of shadows in 3D and half the job is done.
Another point may be related to the fact that 3D allows you to "draw" ideal proportions and perspective, which can "walk" in 2D.
