Why does Windows 8 have a black screen after a system update?

Hello. Immediately I ask you not to write me links to questions here and on the Internet about this problem. I have already read and tried everything!
So, my system is off Windows 8 x64, video card nVidia GeForce GTS 450
Yesterday the system asked to be updated, well, as usual, I decided to believe it (although in vain) and updated. It rebooted for me, well, as usual, it reached the screen with blue windows and the boot ring, then it should have given me my login and password screen, but not a fig, it started to go out and burn again (I mean the monitor) and that's it, stupid black screen, if you click with the mouse, it sometimes appears, but it does not help, I waited more than 3 hours, not a fig. I tried rebooting 20 times, everything is the same, the same in safe-mode. I did a system restore to a point before the update, everything was ok, it worked, I thought the update got crooked, I decided to re-check the update, download and install. Not a fig is the same. I had to recover again.
Here are screenshots of what he wants to update. Maybe someone will give a normal answer, what to do with this woof *** (turd).

No. 1. We carry out format C:
No. 2. We put 8.1
No. 3 on a clean screw. We install firewood on all hardware.
No. 4. We put all available updates from Billy.
No. 5. Disable automatic system updates.
No. 6. Install the required software.
No. 7. We enjoy the stability of the system, not forgetting to create restore points.

Delete the panda and try to update. Well, or uncheck the "Windows Malicious Software Removal Tool" update. In general, look in the event viewer'e
