I turn on the computer, while the driver is being searched for, the second disk is visible, you can even copy files. As soon as the search ends (failure), the disk disappears. Disks are probably sata. Check disk modes in BIOS. Perhaps there are several sata controllers on the board and Windows does not have a suitable driver. And what it sees while looking, it works through the BIOS, and when it finds the driver, then directly.
