How to fix black screen after logon in Windows 10?

Today, after rebooting Windows 10, it gives a black screen and a mouse pointer.
ControlDel gives you a call to Task Manager. From there, you can also open Total Commander, and Aimp, and blackjack with geishas. But here the explorer.exe is not loaded, it says that 0xc0000018 the application was unable to start correctly.
Who is to blame and what to do?

In short, I fixed it.
Solution: download DriverMax *, check for driver updates, install the latest version for the video card. The built-in driver update system sometimes slips a buggy version, a lot of people write about it on the Internet with such a misfortune. Some complain that the driver starts to think that there are several video outputs installed in the system, and feeds the picture to a non-existent output. This, they say, is typical for an external video card if there is an integrated video on the mother.
* The most sane program out of a dozen I have tested - it does everything itself, although in the free version it allows you to update only 2pcs/day and 10pcs/month.
