Why can't Windows 10 see the second SATA HDD 4TB?
In the BIOS it is visible (the correct size is shown), in the System Information it is not. But at the same time, it is in the Device Manager, more precisely, only its name, everything else is zero:


The main problem is that DISKPART> list disk does not see this disk!

Go to disk manager, maybe it doesn't have a letter.
