How to make a bootable flash drive if only Android, otg cable and the flash drive itself are at hand?

I was not in the best situation. How can I make a bootable flash drive through an android device and OTG? I looked around the Internet - I did not find programs for creating a flash drive. I tried to transfer the unzipped iso image to a USB flash drive - I didn’t read it.
Help decision and advice. Or, if you have a converted iso image of Windows 10 - please share

If there is a root, then you can do it without a flash drive , in extreme cases you can always use dd with root, however, there is a theoretical possibility to use dd without root, but through developer mode (somewhere near `adbd and console`).
