Why does VS Code output output krakozyabry instead of English?

Good afternoon! I don't understand what's the matter. Everything is fine in the files, even the Cyrillic alphabet is displayed, in the terminal everything is in Russian in general and works fine. I tried to change the fonts, still there are bugs

On the Internet, everyone has problems only with the encoding in the files themselves, but everything is ok for me, it doesn’t display normally only in the output
