How to set up tooltips or snippets in vscode + cmder terminal?

In stock: cmder console emulator that is integrated into vscode.

I want prompts to be displayed when entering commands in the editor console.

Somewhere I saw information on the topic, I can not find it.
I can’t say for sure, but it seems in the info, it was mentioned that the history of entering cmd commands was saved, where when typing (example: comp), prompts were displayed that were selected with the Tab key ... Something like emmet, but for the terminal.
