VS Code: Why doesn't Settings Sync restore editor settings?

Good afternoon!

Can't get editor settings from another device.

Some time ago, I migrated the editor to a laptop , everything worked, I used only it for about two months , of course, there were some changes in snippets, plugins , etc. But not long ago I switched back to the desktop , and decided to update the editor settings, through Settings Sync , I launch the plugin via hotkey on the first device (Shift + Alt + U) , I update the settings, the plugin sends done to the terminal , I launch the plugin on the second device (Shift + Alt + D) but nothing happens,I get a message that my settings are up to date . Tried deleting and reinstalling everything. But it gets the VSC settings that were on desktop.
There should be one token.. I don’t know how to look in github which tokens I have attached, but it should be one...

How to get VSK settings from the first device, from a laptop?
