Why does the window maximize animation slow down in MacOS?

Good day.
Please tell me why on all apple devices (imac, macbook air/pro of different configurations, including firmware for > 100k rubles, all models of 2013), which I examined in different stores, the animation of the window unfolding slows down (green (sort of) button with plus sign at the top left) Noticeably very strong. And on an imac with a large screen, it’s generally impossible to look at this animation without tears. Despite this, the animation of the transition of the window to full screen mode (arrows in the upper right part of the window), as well as minimizing / maximizing windows to the dock, generally work smoothly and remarkably. MacOS 10.9, 10.9.1 if memory serves me.
Google is stubbornly silent, as if there is no such problem at all (or maybe I’m looking in the wrong way?). I observed this lag on 7 devices.
Is it like that for everyone? Any treatment? At first I thought that some kind of energy saving might be turned on, but there are no problems with the rest of the animations. The consultant suggested that this might be due to some kind of demo that was recorded on all the devices on the showcase, but again, I repeat - there are no such problems in the smoothness of other animations.
I would be grateful for the answers, because one of the reasons to dump Linux on the poppy was precisely the annoying blunting of the interface, and here it turns out that there is a similar problem in laptops of this class.

all animations are smooth, about 15" retina mid-2013
two-year-old air also
ps minimize then why wabche? cmd + h instantly hides the application without animation, does not produce unnecessary entities in the dock

It depends on the content of the window. For example, the animation in ForkLift (file manager ala TC) in which two panels with a large number of files are open is less smooth than when one panel is open without files.
In general, it is not surprising: it takes more resources to update complex content than to update the void. Apparently the system limits the consumption of resources for this animation. In turn, the animation of minimizing the window to the dock does not require updating the content, and therefore does not slow down.
There are complaints on the net, most people just turn off the animation. And they are mostly from Windows/Linux users, and native Mac users are just used to it and don't really notice it :)

Yes; it is. Draw a poppy on the four animation, and everywhere. Yuzal everything except poppy pro.

Most likely this is some kind of flaw in the system ... because. the rest of the graphics do not disappoint.
