The Windows time service should be in the machine.
See settings elsewhere:

Or like this:

  1. Weird glitch. Theoretically, if the clock had been working properly before, this could not have happened at all.
  2. And the POST test when you turn it on passes normally? Beeping from the speaker or no messages?
  3. Try to check without allowing Windows to boot:
  4. Turn on your computer and go into BIOS. There, set the current time, if it is knocked down, save the BIOS settings (for everyone) and turn off the computer. After 2-3 hours, also turn on and go into the BIOS - find out if the clock has a normal course. It will be clear whether Windows is exactly to blame or something has been covered in the motherboard ... Well, then look further.

Or like this:
Set the binding in the OS to location, time zones, time.
Where and what parameters to set?

If the BIOS swears when you turn it on and / or the date / time is reset after the computer is disconnected from the network (pull it out of the socket and wait a couple of minutes), the CMOS battery may have simply died. If the clock just stops while the computer is turned off - most likely the RTC on the mother is faulty.

Long term memory. There are two types of memory in a computer: volatile and vice versa. Most likely, the system process responsible for changing the time lies in the RAM (volatile), hence all the cheese.
