Why does the system say "In order to configure TCP / IP, you must install and configure a network adapter" when changing the IP and DNS address?

"In order to configure TCP / IP, you must install and configure a network adapter" - this is what it says to me when I try to change the IP and DNS address.
Router: D-link
Computer: Acer Ultrabook Aspire M
Network Card: Qualcomm Atheros AR5BWB222

I can't connect to the internet because of this problem, please help me fix it.

In the device manager, delete all network devices that you find there :)
Then open cmd and write:

netsh int ip reset
netsh interface tcp reset
netsh winsock reset

Next, update the configuration in the manager or, better, reboot . Reinstalling the device. Update to the latest driver version.

About ipconfig / all - read on the Internet, performed, did not help.

And it shouldn't have helped. This command is used for diagnostics. Run it and show what it outputs.

I was helped by a simple removal of the network card and updating the configuration, after which it apparently reinstalled and everything worked)
