Does not go to the main address of the router?

There is a router 192.168.1.1 with one physical port, another router 192.168.1.2 with 4 ports is included in this port. Only the second one is available in the browser, the empty response does not go to the first one. How to set it up correctly? Here is the

Changing the address 192.168.1.2 to 192.168.0.1 helped

I will assume that when calling 192.168.1.1 on router 192.168.2.1, the router looks in its route table and sees that such a network is available locally and does not send the request further. It would not be bad to see the routing table on the router х.х.2.1 and "ip route get 192.168.1.1"
