Why does the system not see the network adapter on a brand new motherboard?

I replaced the bundle with a hair dryer x6 + asrok 970m pro3 with a ryzen 5 3600 + asrok b550 hdv. Everything got up, drove in some tests like normal. However, the Internet does not work and the mouse sticks (not stable operation of the USB ports), there is no network adapter, and therefore I can’t install the driver in any way, the Lan adapter is enabled in the BIOS, I took out the batteries and the RAM. Tell me, what's the problem? Before that, I changed the motherboard for asrok 970m pro3, everything got up like a glove.

Install the driver for the network - and it will work.
for USB and other - also install the drivers,
download them for your motherboard from the manufacturer's website
