There was a problem with the webcam - glitches. At the same time, a check on the second PC revealed that everything was fine with the camera. I was looking for a solution to the problem, but I didn’t find anything, except for one video, during which the guy talks about the fact that glitches are a problem with the motherboard and power supply. Visual inspection turned up nothing. The report from Aida gave "Failed" on some lines, example

The camera worked fine at first. I didn't update drivers, didn't do anything to the system. At first, the camera did not like some USB ports (the rest of them work fine), and the other day glitches suddenly appeared. Updating Windows, installing utilities and drivers from the Asus website did not give anything, removing and installing the camera also with zero results. On an old PC that hasn’t been turned on for a year now (Win 7, didn’t install drivers for the camera), the camera works fine, no glitches.
