How to organize the cooling of power switches on the motherboard?

There is an asrock 970 pro3 r2.0 motherboard, materinskaya_plata_s-am3_amd_970_asrock_power keys reach 95 degrees under heavy loads, the fx8350 processor is not overclocked, does anyone have any ideas or links or any tips on passive cooling. Now one 80mm cooler blows over the keys, the temperature stays at 65-85 under load, but keeping the entire computer with an open stand is not an option. I would appreciate any information or advice.

It is possible to wrap graphene filament nanotubes around the power keys and run water over them.

One piece of advice - you can glue radiators on both sides of the board. Although the board is a large heatsink.
