What to do Winda sees 4 out of 8 after the bent legs of the processor?

In short, I bent my legs on the process with crooked hands, then straightened it out, but when I put the operative in slot 2 and 4, Windows writes 3.98 out of 8 is available. When I put it in 3 and 4, the PC does not start at all. Then again I removed the percent and leveled it again: D and threw off the bios, voila everything started, the two-channel worked, etc., went into the game, played for 15 minutes, the PC hung, passed out. I go into Windows and again 4 out of 8, for 2 times resetting the BIOS did not help solve the problem, and everything got worse in slots 1 and 2 (they are 100% working) I started to see not 8, but 7.5 GB, but I fixed it by reinstalling Windows :D.
I don’t know how to treat slots 3 and 4, I’ve already re-read all the reddits, forums, etc. I didn’t find either my own problem or a similar solution (MB can you help.
And I want a two-channel, maybe, in the summer when everything was ok in GTA 5 percent and the vidyuha was loaded at 100%, now it’s 50-60 (no vertical line is not worth it, etc.). Everything is ok in other games.
PS: I have a ryzen and a cooler there on springs, so transferring is not possible, because when screwing in, the cooler itself locks the bolts. (and if you don’t screw it up, then the temperatures seem to be higher)

Call a specialist, after repair, call a welder and weld the case so that it cannot be opened. I am sure that it eats more even choking on dust than from incompetent hands.

It seems that the legs are straightened, and everything is already OK.
It would not be bad to test with another processor and other memory, but with this only to the workshop, as I understand it, there is no one to borrow from.

not 8, but 7.5 GB

Is it in Windows? And how was it before? Maybe it was the same, the rest 0.5 for integrated video, say, bit off?
What's in BIOS?
