Windows 10 explorer hangs almost tightly, how to solve it?

There was a problem with the explorer freezing, and some programs specifically CloudMail.ru, that is, when you enter the explorer, it completely hangs, at first it looks for files but looks for a very long time, then the process does not respond, it sometimes hangs after 10-15 minutes. a completely different assembly, after 2 weeks it started again .... SOS I don’t know what kind of garbage it is, I’ve never encountered this.
