How to programmatically change screen orientation (Windows, JS)?

There was a need to programmatically change the screen orientation to landscape.
JavaScript programming language. Windows Phone 8.1 (or Windows 8.1 there is no difference)
I looked around all the material, I did not find how to do it. Everywhere there is information on how to find sensor readings about changing the orientation of the device, but I need to change the screen orientation regardless of the device orientation.
