Provocation in advertising, or do I have persecution mania?

On the main page I saw a banner from small soft ones, here is a piece of it:

And it became interesting to me - is this a normal advertisement, or does this phrase seem crazy by definition to me alone, or is it such a marketing ploy?

Mania - no doubt! And the color of the cloud in the screenshot really turned out to be suspicious.
