Do I have to pay taxes on Windows Phone Store income?

I am developing applications for Windows Phone. Tell me on what name is it better to register in the Store (individual or legal entity)? Is it necessary to pay taxes? If better jur. person, then LLC or LLC (in which country?)? What are the pitfalls of running such a business? I would be grateful for any advice on the topic!

It is easier to register an individual than a legal entity.
You always need to pay taxes, an individual pays 13% personal income tax, an individual entrepreneur pays 6% according to the simplified tax system (if the simplified tax system is selected) + fixed fees 30K+ (exact figures change, but google for 3 minutes, try it). LLC is also 6% under the simplified tax system, but to withdraw funds, you will either have to pay 9% on dividends or get a job (PFR, personal income tax, etc. the most expensive option). Calculate what is best for you. An individual entrepreneur is responsible with property (up to housing and a car), an LLC is responsible with authorized capital.
Open in the country in which you know how. Judging by the questions, you are not an expert in international business and there is no need to try to open in foreign jurisdictions, the chance of messing up is much higher.

Anything that comes to your mind. Starting with the fact that most of the novice developers are not able to make money with games for their food, for various reasons.

I would start as an individual and pay 13% personal income tax. If you suddenly trample - open an LLC, a second account and transfer the application, if you don’t trample - save money, time and nerves.
Good luck and all the best.

Everything was described in detail on Habrahabr.

True, here the emphasis is on freelancing, but the essence does not change at all.
You are exactly the same IP, pay a fixed percentage according to a simplified scheme.
