Virtualization

Is it possible to create containers for programs in which they will run without virtualization?

Many programs will not allow copies of themselves to run if they are already running.
An example, so that it is immediately clear: I have a working Yandex.disk, it is running on a PC as the main one, often I have to access my personal one, and I have to do this through the Web version. Sometimes you need to temporarily use someone else's Yandex.disk. These inconveniences are caused by the fact that Yandex.disk does not allow you to run another copy of itself.
Is there any technology that allows you to quickly run copies of programs in some kind of container? It is important that these containers remain within the same file system so that there are no problems dragging files into this container.
Or do I want too much already?
Virtualization is not suitable, because you just want to simplify your life, and with it the load on the PC increases greatly, and it is not convenient to transfer files. As a result, it is easier to access the Yandex disk via the web.
In general, it's not just about the Yandex disk. It often happens that I need to run a copy of a program, but I can't do it.

There are household sandboxes, for example, Sandboxie. They virtualize IPC calls, calls to registry branches and to the file system (here, virtualization should be understood simply as redirecting calls to the corresponding resources to some of their substitutes, which are not at all where the program thinks). In general, it is used to launch non-trusted applications, but it may also work for your case, try it.
Well, soon Win10 will have its own built-in sandbox, so you can twist it there.
Oh, and with regards specifically to Yandex-Disk. As far as I remember, Ya.Disk can be used via WebDAV. Windows can mount Web-DAV resources as network drives. So you can mount different J.Disks to different network drives and use them at the same time.

Run as a different user or just relogin to the OS under a different user.
