My phone crashed LG optimus l 7 p705. But inside everything is whole, and there is a lot of information left in it. I decided to buy another similar phone with a broken motherboard and insert my own into it. Will it work? And will my information stay on it?

Everything should work out, but your logic is strange, there are online stores and services with spare parts, if the touchscreen and matrix are broken, then buy and replace them, and I think you can buy the motherboard separately, cheaper than the whole phone.
