Certainly. It has SATA 2.0 (not 3.0), so don't expect full speed, but it will be fine on small files. The increase in the speed of the system / programs will be noticeable.

Yes, there is also SATA - so it will work.
But there is one point - the board is old and does not support ACHI, so TRIM will not work, if large disk loads are expected, leave over provisioning of the appropriate size.
