Why does the System Monitor log csv file stop being written when it reaches 1.87 GB in size?

Good afternoon! Actually, the problem is in the subject matter. In the settings, I removed any of its restrictions everywhere.
If you change the log format to binary (.blg), then the log does not stop being written when it reaches 1.87 GB. 1.87 GB. the conversion stops and the message "error: unknown" appears.
Maybe someone faced this problem?

Is the system 32-bit by any chance?

Either there is no lfs, or the system has been taken over by a daemon. Call the Winchesters.
