Why does VPN with Yandex.DNS not work?

On the Zyxel Keenetic router, VPN was raised to the central office. The router has the ability to enable traffic filtering based on Yandex.DNS. When filtering is enabled, the VPN tunnel rises, but the resources of the central office become unavailable (terminal server). Tried to manually add a static route to a remote network, no result. What could be the problem?

What does it mean "when VPN is turned on, traffic does not pass" what does it mean, the tunnel stops rising or some resources in the central office are no longer available, or you get the Internet through the central office and it stops working ....
