Why does the system boot hang when the keyboard is on?

There is a Corsair K95 keyboard, recently I can’t turn on the computer, it hangs dead, on the LED screen of the msi x79a-gd65 motherboard at this moment the code 03 is lit - this is Power on North Bridge Initialization. When the keyboard is turned off, it loads, after it has already been loaded and turned on, it seems to work, what could be the problem? Do I understand correctly that the problem is with the motherboard?
Tried almost all different connectors, all of them have a problem

Try enabling or disabling USB Legacy in BIOS
