Why does the samba ball fall off?

I came across a strange behavior of the balls in the network. The computer is on Ubuntu 18.04. A file garbage can lives on it with which several clients work over the network. Clients on Win 10pro. The ball is connected as a network drive. The network is the simplest. There is a router that distributes both by wire and by air. Working computers are mapped by poppy addresses to IP.
Actually the crux of the problem. Sometimes strange things happen. On screw clients the network drive falls off. while on other machines everything works fine. Sometimes it is solved by re-entering the distributing machine into the network, sometimes it goes away by itself. I did not notice patterns in the appearance of the bug. Can anyone come across or kick at least in which direction to look.

Problems may be in the netbios name server, in any case, I encountered this. Try to look in this direction.
