Why does the router not give out more than 10 Mbps?

Faced such a problem
Why did the upload and download speed on the computer stop rising above 10Mbps, although before it was stable 80+
I don’t know what this could be due to, maybe you know what the problem is?
Resetting router settings didn't help.

We may know, but it's not certain.
Connect the cable directly / replace the router temporarily / connect another device and measure from it.
If wifi - perhaps the channel is clogged and the connection is unstable.
