Is there a ready-made solution for a stable Internet connection through two 3G modems + a router in a moving car?

Good day! Is there a router in nature that can solve the problem? There are two 3G providers that, with varying degrees of success, provide an Internet connection on the go. Those. the signal does not completely disappear for each provider, but becomes worse than the second one and vice versa. Is there a ready-made "iron" solution for such a case?
