Why does the printer print the page from bottom to top?
Purchased several new printers for the organization. ( Canon MF-231 ) And the bottom line is that on two machines, he apparently starts printing the page from the bottom up and this is what happens:
The worker from the first machine complains about the printout from the office (2007) in a horizontal position:
The second worker complains about the printout and from office and from 1s in both positions:
I also tried to print from a simple notepad from their machines, everything is fine there.
Both workers have a direct printer connection to the machine, workers connected to them over the network do not complain.
What is the problem and how to fix it?
UPD:
The problem turned out to be a little different.
The point here is a little different. On win 10 (for everyone (as it turned out) who uses this printer model), the problem is observed in the office and 1sk. If win XP, then everything is fine. Driver problem?
