How to organize print control?

Good day,
I have Win SBS 2011 installed in my organization and all users naturally work on the network under group policy and print on network printers.
The task seems simple, but I can’t find anything on this issue ...
Tell me how can I set up a network printer, whether it’s group policy or something else, so that every sheet printed on a network printer without exception has a “digital signature” user.
It can be anything - even a stupid login from AD will do ...

@Perkov

You can try " CZ Print Polisher " to suit your needs.

Do you need watermarks?
Look in the direction of the settings provided by the driver of the printer you are using - now most printer manufacturers allow the print driver to put watermarks / headers and footers on all printed pages.
Well, how do you figure out how it works (what configs / files it changes), and distribute this setting by GP.
Anticipating a possible next question, I would like to draw your attention to Procmon from the Sysinternals Suite - it will help you find out which processes access which files/directories and registry keys/branches.
