Technical question on the operator Yota. Is a freebie possible?

So Yota in my region has three tariffs:
- For a smartphone for 300 rubles a month, 300 minutes of talk time and unlimited LTE at maximum speed are included
- For a tablet for 590 rubles, unlimited LTE at maximum speed
- For a computer for 850 rubles, unlimited LTE at maximum speed + the cheapest modem 1900 rubles
Looking at all this, the question arises - what is the difference between these SIM cards?
- Can I use a SIM card with a tariff for a smartphone in a modem and pay 550 rubles less than for a SIM card for a computer (are there any software / hardware restrictions)?
- Can I plug this modem into a router that has USB and distribute cheap Internet at home (are there any software / hardware restrictions)?
Maybe someone has already tried it? Is there any reason?

Unlimited internet for smartphone
Unlimited internet is designed for smartphone;
If the Yota SIM card is used for other purposes (in a router, modem or tablet), the speed will be limited to 64 Kbps;
If a smartphone with a Yota SIM card is used as a modem or Wi-Fi access point, the speed is limited to 128 Kbps, this restriction can be removed for 2 hours for 50 rubles. or 24 hours for 150 rubles;
When using file-sharing networks, the speed is limited to 32 Kbps;
After the completion and non-renewal of the basic package of services, Internet access will be suspended.
A tablet and a computer differ in that several devices can work at a computer rate through a router, and on a tablet - only a tablet directly.
Roughly calculated by the ttl of the package, more precisely by the consumption of traffic, no one will download torrents for days.
