Why doesn't Kinetic 4G let it into the network from the outside?

I ran into a problem: I ordered a static IP from Yota. A letter came saying everything is ok, here is your IP. needed for video surveillance. The ports were forwarded in advance and, lo and behold, everything worked right away. Instantly.
But it didn't work for long. Checked on Saturday, conditionally, on Sunday everything fell off. Now everything is dead too.
External IP is ok. Pings. But the registrar's web muzzle is silent. Silent even on internal IP. Did forwarding to 192.168.1.1:80 - silence.
Router - Kinetic 4G. the settings are still the same as on Saturday, when everything worked. Just in case, I updated the software, rebooted - no answer.
Where to dig?

It's trite for hackers to break off, if you hang it on the network you can rake a bunch of hackers ... And even some holes in the firmware are not terrible
