Why does the phone lose wi-fi from the laptop?

I distribute wi-fi at home from a Samsung NP300E5Z-S01UA laptop through the mHotspot program. HWID wi-fi module PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_0896&SUBSYS_50058086&REV_34.
Phone Sony Xperia M2 Dual D2302.
The signal on the phone is intermittently lost. The icon has an "apload" arrow or an exclamation point.
In order for the connection to appear, you need to turn off and turn on wi-fi on the phone.
Communication can drop randomly, for example, every couple of minutes or every half hour. Didn't see the pattern.
How to make wi-fi not fall off?

set a channel different from neighboring networks,
and in Android, the checkbox "do not turn off when falling asleep" - there is something about the background mode, etc.

There is a possibility that the laptop has a corny weak module. It is also designed for energy saving and is not particularly suitable for distributing the Internet.
