Is it possible to organize a high-quality broadcast (1080p) on three monitors of different diameters through a router, how to implement this and what else may be required?

You can connect up to 4 receivers to it.
As I see your diagram:
Signal source -> transmitter from the set (hdmi input) -> wi-fi -> 3 receivers from the set (hdmi output) connected to 3 monitors via hdmi.
