Why does the motherboard indicator show ff and does not load the OS?

Hello. I don’t know what to do. I hope that kind (and smart) people will help me here) So. I found a C++ system command ("shutdown -s -t 0"); that shuts down the computer. And everything would be fine, but when I tried to turn on the computer, the mother's indicator shows ff, and that's it ..
Neither monitors, nor mice, nor keyboards are connected. The OS does not load, but all components of the computer work.
In general, I hope to help me here. I will be very grateful.
Thanks in advance!

Try it:
connect the speaker to the motherboard according to the pinout - it helps to understand where the problem is according to the sounds
disconnect all USB, including the keyboard
disconnect all disks
disconnect everything that is optional: an external video card, etc.
That is, you need to turn everything off, leaving only one motherboard with a buzzer and then turn it on, look at the screen and listen to the sound. If it beeps 1 time briefly, then everything is fine (the motherboard is alive).
Then you can turn off and connect the devices one at a time, starting from the keyboard (checking in advance if any key is stuck). Immediately after turning it on, try to enter the BIOS. If it does, that's a good sign. You can also reset all settings to default (optional).
Turned off - connected 1 device - turned on - checked. And so on, until everything works.
There may also be a problem with the power supply. But it will show up first.
If it’s difficult for yourself, then it remains only to carry it to the workshop.

Try clearing the CMOS and restarting the computer.
