Why does the computer hang tightly?

Good day to all! Faced such a problem. The computer started to freeze. Tightly. Only turning off the power supply helps. Video card, operative, hard, PSU, checked. No problem. If you change the thermal paste - it works without problems for 2 days, then everything repeats again. Every day you need to spend 15 minutes for it to turn on and not hang. I sinned on the radiator from the processor, where the mount was broken. Thought it might be a twist. Fixed the problem. Did not help. Didn't notice any cracks. The antennae in the connector from the processor seem to be intact. Capacitors too. I’m not strong in hardware - I don’t understand what the problem is :( I reinstalled Windu. I suspect that the motherboard, but sometimes it works ... If after 10 minutes it doesn’t freeze, then it works well until the next day ... And then everything is all over again. At least do not turn it off .
